Arsenal take a break from Premier League action as they next look to continue their journey in the FA Cup. It may well not be a welcome break for Mikel Arteta's men who are in such fine form that they have moved to be five points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand.
The unexpected rise of the Gunners this season may have fans hoping to limit distractions for the rest of the campaign in order to allow focus on a title charge. The opposite of that is to try and take advantage of the scinilating run, plugging away in all competitions to keep their momentum going.
The same could be said for the Europa League when that returns in the coming months. Playing extra matches will put pressure on and stretch the squad - which they are trying to invest in this month - but considering the juggernaut style in which Arteta's side have rolled over their opponents this season it would be amiss to suggest they cannot cope with the workload, though that is perhaps the biggest test left of the season.
